Kyanite cocktail ring, large gemstone ring, artisan wire wrapped gold fill ring
This large blue kyanite gemstone is the focus of this statement, cocktail ring. I used 14 kt gold fill wire to wrap the stone to create the ring.
The blue color of this kyanite is GORGEOUS and it shows the chatoyancy, or cat’s eye effect, that this stone sometimes displays.
This ring is really not suitable for everyday knocking around, since the gemstone is on the softer side and will show scratches. But it is the PERFECT cocktail ring, as it is very showy.
